Floki is in public beta
Floki keeps your trip in one place — forward a booking email, fill the gaps with AI suggestions, and try the free public beta on iPhone.

I planned a month across a few cities with the usual mess: a spreadsheet for the plan, a notes doc for everything else, and booking emails buried in my inbox. Finding a flight confirmation the morning of departure should not feel like archaeology. I built the app I wished I’d had on that trip, and named it after my cat.
Floki is an AI travel planner and organizer for iPhone. It keeps the whole trip in one organized place — instead of that spreadsheet, that notes doc, and the scavenger hunt through your inbox.
What it does
You book a flight or an Airbnb. You forward the confirmation to the trip’s own email address. Floki reads it and puts the booking on your trip — structured, in one place. Same for stays and trains. You do not retype what the airline already sent you.
The empty afternoons between bookings are the other half. Floki suggests things to do and places to eat that match your pace and interests, so those gaps don’t stay blank while you scroll a dozen tabs.
- The whole trip in one place — nothing scattered
- Forward confirmation emails and Floki builds the trip
- Fill the gaps with suggestions that fit how you travel
It works in 8 languages.
The beta is free — no subscription, no paywall, nothing to buy. Beta means it works, some edges are rough, and things will change. iPhone only, through TestFlight.
Try it on your next trip. Tell me what breaks — feedback goes through TestFlight.
